- ππ π πππππ πππ π ππππππ πππ ππππππππππππ - when retrofitting or replacing an air conditioning system. This air conditioning flush kit removes not only refrigerant oil and metal debris, but also residue left in the air conditioning system due to compressor The stainless steel bottle is less likely to shed metal debris than the aluminum purge bottle.
- ππππ πππππ ππ πππππππππ--The Air Conditioner System Flush Kit is suitable for cleaning R134, R22, R12, R410 and R404 air conditioning systems and other systemsοΌsuch as automotive air conditioning ducts, condensers, evaporators, fuel ducts and home refrigerator and home air conditioning ducts. And Air Conditioner System Flush Gun Kit is also compatible with every light duty air conditioning flush.DONβT FORGET TO BUY THE FLUSH!
- πππππππππππ πππ πππ--The A/C flush kit comes with an adjustable automatic pressure relief valve and an easy-to-read pressure gauge to keep you safe in operation. When the pressure relief valve is tightened with the hex wrench in the kit, the pressure increases; when it is loosened, the pressure decreases. Note: Working pressure should not exceed 150PSI. The flush appears as a mist between 40PSI - 60PSI, when the cleaning effect is best.
- ππππ ππ πππππππ--Fill the flushing bottle with light air conditioning cleaner (not included), then assemble the fitting to the canister and tighten it. The conical rubber tip can be sealed at the pipe opening to prevent the solution from backflowing. Connect the assembled flush bottle to the air compressor (not included) and open the valve and air pump for flushing and blowing of the air conditioning system. The accompanying instruction manual provides detailed operation.

Β What impurities will the flush kit take away?
--Refrigerant oil
--Metal debris
--moisture, acids, contaminants caused by compressor combustion
STEPS OF USE:
Β
- First scenario: After a catastrophic failure.
Β
Accumulators, receiver driers, lines and hoses with filters and mufflers CANNOT be flushed and must be replaced.
Most modern flat-tube multi-pass and flat-tube serpentine condensers have tiny internal passageways and CANNOT be flushed. They should be replaced. It may be possible to flush some tube and fin style condensers.
The evaporator MUST be flushed. As the refrigerant level drops naturally over time, there is not enough liquid refrigerant to carry the oil up and out of the evaporator and back to the compressor. Very fine metal particles slough off the compressor cylinder walls and pistons. These fine particles are carried throughout the system. If this contaminated oil is not removed, the replacement compressor will not last long.
Β
- Second scenarioοΌThe compressor does not fail.
Β
The condenser can be flushed to remove oil only. Some condensers have integral desiccant bags. The desiccant must be removed prior to flushing and replaced when flushing is complete. If it cannot be removed DO NOT flush.
Contaminated accumulators, receiver driers, lines and hoses with filters and mufflers can NOT be flushed β they must be replaced.
